📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned AI data center sites in Texas from entitlement through commissioning and turnover • Keep the VP, Projects, AIDC informed of decisions with material budget, schedule, scope, or risk impact and escalate for approval • Directly manage the region's Site Readiness function, including surveys, permitting strategy, and early site diligence • Lead a blended team of internal staff and outside contractor resources • Lead relationships with local jurisdictions, utilities, and landowners during entitlement and permitting • Coordinate with other CleanSpark business units to align site-level work with broader company objectives • Serve as the owner's primary day-to-day contact with the design-build contractor's leadership throughout design, construction, and commissioning • Manage site-level schedule, budget, and risk with Program Controls, flagging deviations promptly • Coordinate with Quality, HSE, and Commissioning resources to confirm standards before turnover • Represent CleanSpark's interests across the region and escalate significant matters • Provide regular status updates to project and executive leadership • Build, lead, and develop the regional site team as the Texas portfolio grows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in site development, land development, or construction management for large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or data center projects • Experience carrying projects from entitlement through construction completion • Experience working with design-build or EPC contractors under lump sum or similar delivery models • Strong understanding of permitting, utility interconnection, and land use processes • Sound judgment on routine site decisions, with discipline to flag and escalate major decisions promptly • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff and outside contractor resources • Strong communication skills and comfort representing the company with external stakeholders • Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy
