📋 Description

• You will be providing QAQC of load control devices and subsequent service and removal when needed. • You will be informing the customer and educating them on program details upon customer request. • Other work will include performing residential home energy audits and diagnostic testing to identify efficiency opportunities and improve overall home performance. • This role includes conducting building assessments, operating diagnostic equipment (e.g., blower doors and combustion safety tools), documenting findings, and recommending energy-saving measures to customers. • The technician works directly with homeowners, ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting the program goals for safety, quality, and energy savings.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in HVAC certification or NATE certification • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience or a combination of training, education, and work experience in a related field required • Valid drivers license • Physical Nature of the Job Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently • Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time • Use repetitive hand motion • Lift, carry or push up to 50 pound • Use power tools
