📋 Description

• Schedule and track projects for customers, technicians, contractors, and Operations staff • Facilitate program enrollment and participation • Staff meetings, set goals, support compliance, and at times function as a team lead • Manage program data and conduct complex analysis • Process invoices and payments • Collect, enter, and track participation data while assuring data quality • Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence • Export predesigned reports • Attend staff meetings and provide other program support • Complete special projects • Support other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word • Experience with data tracking systems • Written and oral communication skills • Willing and eager learner • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Adaptable and flexible to support other duties as assigned • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
