📋 Description

• Review and validate application and program data for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and timely processing of energy efficiency measures • Support planning, testing, launch, and ongoing implementation of program initiatives, products, processes, and system enhancements • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate business needs, document requirements, and support customer- and client-facing initiatives • Participate in user acceptance testing, process validation, issue resolution, and change management • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve program, processing, and implementation issues • Coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines, monitor system functionality, identify risks, and drive process improvements • Maintain program reporting, performance metrics, and operational goals • Develop, analyze, and present reports supporting operational decision-making, contractual compliance, and program objectives • Perform special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant industry experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Extremely organized and able to work with minimal supervision • Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm • Computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to use Excel formulas • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality • Commitment to punctuality and good attendance • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with federal, state, and local transportation regulations
