📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted finance partner and lead for assigned shared services teams, delivering financial analysis covering revenue, labor, and expenses • Manage the monthly close process and post accruals and reclassification entries as needed • Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts and annual plans • Deliver insightful analysis and risk-mitigation recommendations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build budgets, track spending, and align with annual plans • Create financial models and conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting • Interpret results and recommend actions to management • Act as a liaison between shared services teams and Corporate • Drive the annual strategic planning process • Maintain historical financial records and analyze trends to inform budgetary policy • Prepare monthly financial review packages for management • Comment on variances to plan, forecast, and prior-year results • Support management initiatives such as process standardization • Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, and/or equivalent experience • Proven experience managing month-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills • MS Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling • Preferred: Experience with ERP/financial systems, budgeting and forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive), and other tools as defined by the specific position • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
