📋 Description

• Administer and support the Vercel hosting platform for enterprise-scale web applications • Partner cross-functionally with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Development teams • Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration efforts • Implement platform governance, monitoring, automation, and observability practices • Manage deployments, user access administration, and overall platform reliability • Establish repeatable operational processes and ITGC-compliant service offerings • Support Next.js, React, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications hosted on Vercel

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms • Strong hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service • Expertise in Dispatcher, CDN, and cloud deployments • Demonstrated experience with Vercel Platform Administration • Solid knowledge of Next.js, React, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures • Experience with platform monitoring, automation, and observability tooling • Proven track record in Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis • Background in enterprise platform governance and production support • Bachelor's Degree (required) • Must be a US Citizen; no visa sponsorship available
