Cleveland Diagnostics is a molecular diagnostics company developing blood-based cancer tests using its IsoClear™ platform, which measures structural differences in proteins to determine whether biomarkers originated in cancer cells. Their first commercial test, IsoPSA, aims to improve prostate cancer decision-making by identifying risk of high-grade disease and can reduce unnecessary prostate biopsies; the IsoPSA test is offered as a laboratory-developed test (LDT) performed in CLIA-certified, high-complexity laboratories and has not been FDA-cleared.
