📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned accounts • Supervise campaign planning, scheduling, implementation, tracking, reporting, and insights • Set up and manage existing-client campaigns • Manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic display and video platforms • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs • Improve the overall customer experience • Analyze tracking and campaign performance and provide insights and custom reports • Coordinate ad rotation and creative optimization • Advise and consult the internal team on advertising technologies and updates • Educate colleagues on best practices and provide internal training as needed • Report directly to the Director of Operations • Support the company’s growth strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience • Significant expertise in advertising technology, particularly social (Facebook Business & Ads manager, YouTube) and programmatic markets (DSPs) • Data / DMP / CDP utilization knowledge is a plus • Experience in campaign management • Experience with tag implementation (HTML5, VAST/VPAID, MRAID) • Experience with troubleshooting / QA and reporting • Broad understanding of advertising/marketing communications, including prospecting, retargeting, promotions, and conquesting • Ability to prioritize and organize workload
