📋 Description

• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of assigned projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction • Manage LIMS implementations for public health, environmental, and toxicology laboratory customers • Establish and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and project status • Drive executive-level communications and present project updates, risks, mitigation strategies, and recommendations • Apply project management best practices, Clinisys methodologies, and data-driven decision-making • Use AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve project planning, forecasting, status reporting, documentation, knowledge management, and operational efficiency • Review project schedules, resource plans, forecasts, risks, and project team performance • Partner cross-functionally across implementation, validation, training, and go-live activities • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI-assisted workflows • Support project governance, delivery excellence, and customer success initiatives • Travel to client sites as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Public Health, Information Systems, Laboratory Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience leading software implementation projects and managing client engagements • Minimum of three (3) years of experience partnering with executive-level customer stakeholders, including directors, laboratory leadership, or government/public-sector organizations • Experience supporting laboratory, healthcare, public health, environmental, or scientific software implementations • Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics to improve project delivery and operational effectiveness • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, project management tools, collaboration platforms, and business productivity software • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation tools, analytics platforms, or similar technologies • Working knowledge of public health, environmental, toxicology, and reference laboratory operations and workflows • Understanding of LIMS, instrument integrations, application interfacing, data management, and regulatory compliance requirements • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, techniques, governance practices, and customer engagement management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, or ability to obtain certification within two years of employment • Ability to work independently while managing cross-functional project teams • Up to 25% travel may be required
