📋 Description

• Lead Clinisys’ global Professional Services organization • Set strategic direction for service delivery models, capacity planning, utilization strategies, and global operating frameworks • Define a multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled delivery, automation, workflow intelligence, and data-driven decision-making • Align Professional Services strategy with company goals, product strategy, and regional market expectations • Establish global services governance for delivery quality, methodology compliance, engagement risk management, and customer-facing operational cadence • Lead end-to-end delivery of implementation and deployment programs • Deploy AI-based tools for project health scoring, risk prediction, quality assurance, and real-time project visibility • Drive adoption of AI-assisted implementation accelerators, automated configuration recommendations, intelligent test automation, and data migration validation tools • Oversee global project portfolio management, including risks, budgets, timelines, scope, and customer escalations • Define and enforce delivery lifecycle processes from scoping and estimating through post-go-live adoption support • Monitor and improve utilization, realization, backlog, delivery margins, on-time/on-budget delivery, and customer value attainment • Own services revenue forecasting, backlog growth, margin performance, and contribution to financial targets • Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance on AI-enhanced scoping, pricing, and commercial governance tools • Develop scalable and profitable service offerings, including AI-powered services • Identify new revenue streams, expansion opportunities, and value-added services • Ensure implementation programs deliver measurable, outcome-based value • Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and act as a trusted advisor • Integrate AI-driven change management and readiness tools to support customer adoption and value realization • Lead post-implementation transition processes and customer handoff to operational teams • Build and scale a global Professional Services team across delivery leadership, program management, consulting, training, and PMO • Drive workforce planning, skills development, and resource management • Develop learning pathways for AI literacy, data-driven consulting, analytical reasoning, and delivery innovation • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on delivery excellence, customer advocacy, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science; or equivalent relevant experience required • 10 years’ experience leading large scale software implementation required • 10 years’ experience in healthcare required • Lab experience preferred • 10 years’ proven track record of successfully driving profitability and utilization • Process improvement experience required • Successful experience working across all levels in internal and external organizations • Strong demonstrated emotional intelligence • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, one-on-one coaching, and exceptional listening ability • Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and coach teams and individuals • Proven ability to meet deadlines, budget, and plans • Ability to lead and execute multiple critical projects simultaneously • Effective executive presence • Sense of business urgency in delivering on goals/quotas • Creativity in identifying new opportunities • Ability to supervise a globally dispersed team of 4–7 direct reports and 500–600 indirect reports • International and domestic travel required, as much as 25%–50%
