📋 Description

• Provide financial analysis, risk assessment and analytics support for appraisals of all complexities and loan values • Cover relationships with Real Estate groups and provide credit analysis and monitoring of new and existing relationships • Apply knowledge of credit and risks across various real estate sectors • Develop skills in credit analysis and capital structuring • Identify, quantify, and mitigate risk • Work with junior and senior real estate colleagues to generate detailed appraisal reviews • Assess risk in business decisions while safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets • Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations • Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices • Escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently • Coach and train new recruits • Influence decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitation within the area of specialization

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years previous risk experience required • Residential certification required (state certification) • Field experience with appraisals preferred • Prior appraisal review experience preferred • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience • Good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources • Strong communication and diplomacy skills • Ability to assume leadership roles, coach and train new recruits • Knowledge of credit and risks across various real estate sectors • Ability to identify, quantify risk and conceptualize risk mitigation solutions • Knowledge of applicable laws, rules and regulations, policies, ethical judgment, and control processes
