📋 Description

• Analyze supplier dynamics in low- and middle-income countries for priority products, including supplier market share, pricing, product development timelines, regulatory approvals, manufacturing, and supplier development and access strategies • Develop demand forecasts and uptake models for new and existing technologies • Conduct costing and impact analyses for financing, procurement, and distribution models, including all-inclusive pricing, equipment leasing, pooled procurement, and tender optimization • Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for global and country-level discussions on new and innovative products • Conduct company due diligence and develop business cases for supplier negotiations and pricing agreements • Develop and manage relationships with product manufacturers, external partners, and donors • Support in-country planning for new product introduction, including strategic alignment, policymaking, supply chain management, and resource mobilization • Track and analyze diagnostics landscape developments, emerging technologies, regulatory frameworks, and implementation best practices • Participate in meetings with governments, technology providers, implementing partners, donors, and other organizations • Drive day-to-day project activities, including documentation, deliverable tracking, knowledge sharing, and project management support • Support fundraising through research, narrative development, proposal development, and donor engagement materials

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum advanced degree with strong academic performance • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment such as strategy consulting, pharmaceuticals, or health financing • Proven project management skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with individuals of varying seniority • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Available for up to 25% travel • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • English language fluency, written and verbal • Experience working remotely with a decentralized team is advantageous • Experience in medical diagnostics and/or global health is advantageous • Experience working in or supporting low- and middle-income countries is advantageous • Preference to be based in a CHAI program country, subject to leadership approval and ability to obtain work authorization
