📋 Description

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks • Build dashboards, reports, and models to guide business decisions • Research, evaluate, and implement technologies including AI, automations, and internal tools • Design processes, workflows, and operating procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience • Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution • Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams • Redesign workplace payment-method outreach to accelerate cash collection • Research, vet, and onboard vendors bringing AI agents into customer-facing operations • Build predictive models to identify high-risk payers before payments become overdue • Potentially manage an Operations agent team and improve its performance, quality, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work or internship experience, including cross-functional roles such as Strategy/Business/Product Operations, Program Management, Consultancy, or Business Analytics • Experience solving operational problems by improving processes, designing workflows, or building scalable systems • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, or similar tools • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems simply and align stakeholders across teams • Deep curiosity and ability to reason from first principles and identify root causes • Willingness to investigate issues directly by testing features, listening to agent calls, calling customers, or running workflows • Must be located in the U.S. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
