📋 Description

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels • Assist customers with shipping, delivery, tracking, and general service inquiries • Provide accurate information regarding company services and available shipping solutions • Assist with customer service requests and follow through to resolution • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation • Coordinate customer follow-ups and shipment-related communications • Communicate with internal departments to support customer needs • Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and administrative records • Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic files • Protect confidential company and customer information • Represent FastShip professionally during all customer interactions • Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous customer service, logistics, call center, or administrative experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to learn shipping and logistics procedures • Reliable computer, internet connection, and dedicated remote workspace
