📋 Description

• Supervise a team, foster client relationships, and collaborate with Partners • Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families • Ensure timely and accurate federal, state, and local tax return delivery • Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and documentation • Serve as a primary client contact and support client meetings and presentations • Monitor engagement budgets, realization, utilization, margin risks, scope creep, and profitability • Coach, train, and provide feedback to staff • Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations • Leverage tax technology, data tools, and process improvements • Participate in business development, proposals, and client relationship expansion • Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field required • 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals • 8+ years of tax compliance experience, specializing in complex technical individual and business returns • Recent public accounting experience • CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required • Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software preferred • Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business preferred
