📋 Description

• Support high-priority initiatives by turning strategic direction into clear workplans, timelines, decisions, and follow-through • Own discrete parts of major cross-functional efforts, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are managed • Build trackers, meeting cadences, project documents, and communication rhythms • Break down complex problems, synthesize inputs, and translate high-level goals into executable next steps • Coordinate across functions and stakeholders to surface risks, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment • Apply AI-powered tools and other technologies to improve execution speed, quality, and leverage • Learn Clover’s business model and operating rhythms • Run key workstreams independently and improve project visibility, coordination, execution speed, and rigor • Drive follow-through, improve cross-team collaboration, and help deliver measurable business results

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations • Highly structured and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple threads while maintaining the big picture • Ability to turn direction into action and drive execution in ambiguous, cross-functional environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize information clearly and keep stakeholders aligned • Energized by solving hard problems and helping teams make progress • Good judgment about when to push independently and when to escalate • Motivation to develop as an operator by working closely with leaders on consequential company priorities
