📋 Description

• Drive long-term market strategy by leading and developing store leaders • Consistently meet profit and sales goals • Oversee all field sales and operations activity within the district • Build relationships with associates, customers and insurance agents • Develop, communicate and implement short- and long-term sales and operations plans • Grow market share and increase brand awareness • Monitor monthly performance and adjust plans as needed • Monitor competition and recommend pricing, services and product offerings • Identify and develop new business relationships with field sales • Oversee district P&L, manage expenses, maximize profits and minimize losses • Conduct monthly financial reviews with store leaders • Lead and motivate a primarily mobile workforce • Foster retention and a strong customer experience • Standardize best practices and implement the regional playbook • Drive change management and adoption in the field • Ensure completion of the annual Talent Review Process • Coach under-performing associates • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required • Valid state-issued driver’s license required • 6+ years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and operations techniques/expertise • Ability to indirectly lead, coach and achieve results through others • Ability to develop associates so that they meet individual/career goals alongside organizational KPIs • Professional appearance and use of personal protective equipment • Ability to travel up to 50% • Auto aftermarket experience preferred
