📋 Description

• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, regulatory compliance, and KPI tracking • Lead internal, external, and customer audits • Manage non-conformities and action plans • Oversee document control and management reviews • Deploy best practices and coach local teams • Support process owners and simplify QHSE requirements • Use change management to drive QHSE adoption • Train and coach teams to foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability • Define health and safety frameworks • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures • Lead the Health & Safety Committee • Track health and safety performance and deploy corporate best practices • Act as a strategic partner and coach to leaders across the organization • Potentially supervise one or more QHSE team members as organizational needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 5+ years of QHSE experience, preferably in manufacturing • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and H&S regulations • Internal Auditor certification is an asset • Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and structured problem-solving • Strong relationship-building and ability to influence without formal authority • Adaptability and comfort driving cultural/organizational change in ambiguous environments • Collaborative mindset focused on co-creation, capability building, and proactive QHSE culture • Bilingual fluency in English and French, written and spoken • Skilled at translating complex compliance requirements into simple, actionable solutions • People management or supervisory experience is an asset
