📋 Description

• Work with both front-end and back-end technologies • Take ideas from concept to reality in an iterative, highly releasable manner • Convert design documents into functional code • Refactor and understand legacy code while moving toward open standards • Write, edit, and maintain unit and feature tests • Apply a structured, disciplined approach to development, testing, and deployment • Provide correct bug fixes • Take ownership of work and projects, establish deadlines, and proactively communicate progress • Manage time across multiple projects and tasks • Analyze test results and deliver solutions to problem areas • Generate statistics and write reports for management and team members on programming process status • Explain technical issues professionally to non-technical people

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS preferred, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of extensive experience with PHP, modern frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel, HTML5, jQuery, Vue, SASS, and CSS • Experience designing and delivering features using modern AI-assisted development tools, including code generation, debugging, and test automation • Sound engineering judgment to validate AI-assisted outputs and maintain code quality and security standards • Experience with AWS and cloud-based web applications is a plus • Experience with Jira and Agile environments • In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies • Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non-technical people • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Quality Assurance engineers • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven environment
