📋 Description

• Own meaningful product surfaces end to end, from problem definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance • Improve Editor workflows, self-serve signup-to-renewal journeys, or Underlord capabilities • Partner with Product and Design to shape interactions, expose constraints, select metrics, and simplify user outcomes • Build responsive, reliable full-stack systems using technologies including TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Temporal, and integrations • Form hypotheses, instrument work, release incrementally, and evaluate results • Strengthen tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices • Provide architectural direction, thoughtful code reviews, mentoring, and clear technical writing • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products • Experience delivering end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes • Ability to leverage agents to multiply impact and think critically about harnessing AI • Experience owning features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch • Experience using analytics and metrics to evaluate impact • Ability to orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions • Care for user experience and software quality • Ability to create clarity in ambiguous work and simplify product and technical complexity • Rigorous validation using reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence • Helpful experience with TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL • Experience with editors, media products, creative tools, or payment systems is helpful • Experience building agents or experimenting with media-generation models is helpful • Experimentation and product analytics experience is helpful • Knowledge of shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats is helpful
