📋 Description
• Lead development teams to ensure sprint commitments are met • Architect complex systems that leverage AI capabilities • Conduct technical reviews and address performance issues • Act as coach/manager and manage escalations promptly • Propose new processes to streamline delivery • Conduct technical planning and subtasking
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical design • 1+ years of leadership experience in technical teams • Knowledge and experience in system design, API development, infrastructure management, and architectural best practices • Understanding of development efforts aligning to business outcomes
