📋 Description

• Take depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations as required. • Draft and submit pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients. • Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. • Draft discovery requests and discovery responses. • Review and analyze documents and materials for production. • Investigate claims and prepare case handling strategies. • Report to insurance carrier clients and insureds. • Prepare cases for trial or mediation and participate in trial or mediation. • Support Utah-related liability and insurance matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims, and employment and property disputes.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be admitted to practice in Montana, Utah, or Idaho. • Civil litigation experience. • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters. • Effective problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
