📋 Description

• Maintain retail and commercial lending processes from origination through closing. • Partners with lending, operations, credit, compliance, and technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions. • Ensure platform configurations align with regulatory, audit, data governance, and change management requirements. • Optimize system usability, performance, and automation to improve lender and borrower experience. • Provide ongoing Salesforce administration, including user access, configuration, releases, and platform governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related program or 1-3 years’ of platform administration experience. • Ability to interpret technical specifications as well as create technical documentation. • General understanding of banking, consumer lending, and small business lending is preferred. • Salesforce/nCino product knowledge is preferred. • Salesforce or nCino certification preferred. (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and/or nCino Platform Certification) • A background screening will be conducted. • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. • Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization. • Ability to utilize telephone systems and possess good digital literacy including email, internet and intranet use. • Good understanding of the Salesforce/nCino platform capabilities and implementation methodologies. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various metrics within the Salesforce/nCino platform. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. • Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.
