• Administer and support BLS/BLAS compensation and billing processes • Manage recurring and ad hoc compensation adjustments, including tracking, loading, reconciliation, and oversight • Execute and oversee monthly/quarterly compensation calculations and pay cycle pre-run tasks • Resolve failed payments and process void/reissue transactions • Research, analyze, and resolve compensation inquiries, discrepancies, anomalies, and correction requests • Perform audits and data validation activities and support internal, external, and ad hoc audit requests • Identify compensation process and data integrity gaps and develop tools, controls, and solutions • Support Compensation Department initiatives and cross-functional projects with stakeholders, regulators, and vendors • Troubleshoot compensation-related system issues involving BLS, BLAS, and CNO systems • Provide departmental backup support as needed • Help ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of compensation and billing operations
• High School diploma or equivalent GED in general studies • 4 years of professional work experience with a Broker Dealer and/or Registered Investment Advisor • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, reconciliation, and data analysis • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and Word • Experience with compensation, financial, and advisory systems such as Xtiva/PureFacts, Envestnet, NetX360, or comparable platforms • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Experience researching discrepancies, performing root-cause analysis, resolving complex compensation issues, and recommending process improvements • Experience with audits, reconciliations, data validation, quality controls, and accurate recordkeeping • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, ad hoc requests, and project deliverables • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work Central or Eastern Time hours • All work must be performed within the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
