📋 Description

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology strategy, including infrastructure, cloud, and platform modernization initiatives • Lead adoption of AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies • Oversee enterprise infrastructure, end-user services, technology operations, and service management • Drive cloud migration, legacy platform modernization, disaster recovery, and technical debt reduction • Lead strategic vendor, managed service provider, and offshore delivery relationships • Manage sourcing, contract negotiations, service-level commitments, performance management, and cost optimization • Ensure technology governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence • Manage technology budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and significant technology investments • Partner with business and technology leaders to align capabilities and services with enterprise objectives • Build stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline • 15 years of leadership experience leading/managing cross-functional teams, including offshore teams, to deliver large-scale transformations and initiatives on time and within budget • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing technology strategies in a complex organization • Proven experience leading an infrastructure organization or broader IT organization including mainframe, end user, and data center technologies • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive and non-technical audiences • Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline • Preferred experience leveraging AI technologies for operational efficiency, automation, and transformation within infrastructure or IT organizations • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user technology, networks, and legacy platform modernization
