📋 Description

• Define and execute the technical vision • Architect core trading, risk and settlement infrastructure • Design robust risk & margin systems • Lead engineering and infrastructure strategy • Establish security and reliability standards • Work closely with founders on product and protocol direction • Build the engineering organization from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• Former Founder, CTO, or Founding Engineer • Expert-level Rust — strictly required • Strong background in financial/trading infrastructure • Experience building systems from 0 → 1 and scaling them in production • Deep understanding of risk, margin, trading, or financial systems • Strong DevOps / infrastructure expertise • Experience with protocol security, security auditing, or blockchain infrastructure • Comfortable taking full technical ownership at co-founder level • Experience with trading engines / financial infrastructure, risk & margin systems, market infrastructure, DeFi / derivatives / FX protocols, blockchain / smart contract infrastructure, high-performance Rust systems, security-critical financial protocols, distributed systems, or production infrastructure
