📋 Description

• Personally build the StealthCo ambient AI platform from the ground up alongside the founding CEO • Build computer vision detection and activity recognition for commercially available cameras in real clinical environments • Start with off-the-shelf models and build a proprietary dataset that improves over time • Own the data pipeline end to end • Establish the annotation operation and its quality standards • Determine what is reliably detectable based on clinical domain input • Architect technology distribution across cloud and on-premise environments • Apply experience with enterprise IT security reviews • Own technical architecture and define boundaries between components • Build with a mix of hands-on work, AI agents, and targeted contractors while minimizing full-time headcount until justified by revenue and milestones • Help recruit and evaluate future engineering hires • Participate in design-partner clinical and IT meetings, Seed investor pitches, and future health-system customer meetings • Conduct substantive technical discussions with hospital IT leaders and clinical informatics teams • Deliver a working pilot and viable product in the first year

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on computer vision experience; personally written model code • Fluency in current models for activity recognition, multi-person tracking, and pose estimation in constrained, real-world video environments • Experience with fixed-camera video in messy, real-world conditions, including multi-person tracking, occlusion handling, activity/action recognition, and human pose estimation • Shipped a product in production with real customers, taking it from zero to production with a small team • Founder or early employee track record strongly preferred • Experience deploying edge or on-premise inference where data cannot leave the building or strict data residency applies • Model adaptation and fine-tuning using existing models rather than relying on from-scratch training • Startup or early-stage operating experience • Experience building with a small team, making decisions with incomplete information, and shipping iteratively • Comfortable with ambiguity • Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience • Demonstrated people management responsibility • Prior work on body-worn camera platforms, workplace safety video AI, retail computer vision, or surgical video AI is a strong differentiator • Experience deploying computer vision at operational scale is a strong differentiator • Chain of custody, data retention, or privacy review experience is a strong differentiator • Healthcare or clinical technology exposure is advantageous, including HIPAA compliance, hospital IT procurement, or clinical workflow integration • Prior founding exit is a strong differentiator
