📋 Description

• Establish and direct ATM project work teams and related resources • Lead and manage the ATM project implementation lifecycle for multiple projects and initiatives • Coordinate all phases of operational implementation using established PMI project management methodologies • Communicate with project teams, management, external clients, and vendors • Facilitate work breakdown processes to define tasks, durations, effort, dependencies, and implementation schedules • Partner with technology leaders to identify interdependencies, lead times, project resources, and schedules • Drive cross-functional project team members, assign responsibilities, and lead team meetings • Maintain complete, current, and properly stored project documentation • Prepare and distribute project reports and communications • Coordinate project plan development, execution, integration elements, and overall change control • Develop detailed technical project plans for internal and client-facing projects • Act as primary liaison for sponsors and client executive staff, managing expectations around timing, functionality, and business objectives • Manage project conflict, provide final project approval on behalf of stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary • Lead lessons-learned exercises and participate in root cause analysis • Ensure timely communication through communication planning, information distribution, performance reporting, and administrative closure • Collaborate with project managers, subcontracting partners, consultants, customer resources, contractors, and third-party providers • Facilitate project kick-off and specification meetings • Travel to client locations to discuss specifications, business objectives, and project options • Coordinate with credit unions, MasterCard, VISA, processors, software vendors, and ATM networks • Maintain understanding of payment processing card industry, card processing systems and subsystems, in-house applications, system parameters, and regional ATM networks • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent combination of experience and education required • 3 years of project management experience required • 3 years in a client-facing role required • 3 years in the financial services industry with card processing and payment solutions preferred • Client-facing project leadership and card processing experience preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project • Working knowledge of various project methodologies • Working knowledge of Enterprise Project Management tools • Working knowledge of debit and credit card processing and supporting financial technology products • Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to track and control activities in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects, tasks, and organizations • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats and give presentations using audiovisual support aids • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to negotiate with and influence others across all organizational levels • Ability to influence senior-level executives to make appropriate business decisions • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions • Ability to travel as needed, 25% • This role is currently not eligible for sponsorship
