📋 Description

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Audience Builder • Architect scalable campaign frameworks for high-volume email, lifecycle, and triggered communications • Translate business requirements into Salesforce architectures, journeys, automations, data extensions, and personalization logic • Own audience architecture and segmentation strategy, including Data Extensions, relationships, attribute selection, suppression, prioritization, and eligibility rules • Partner with data and CRM teams to integrate Salesforce core data, CDP/Data 360 inputs, and upstream systems • Design and implement advanced personalization using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, Automation Studio workflows, and MCP-driven or rules-based models • Build and optimize Salesforce automations to reduce manual effort and improve campaign reliability • Standardize and templatize journeys, audiences, and data flows • Troubleshoot automation failures, data mismatches, and journey issues • Identify architectural weaknesses and mitigate technical risks before live campaigns • Partner with Email Developers and QA Engineers to ensure builds are accurate, testable, and launch ready • Provide hands-on support during high-risk launches, fixes, and escalations • Provide training, documentation, knowledge-sharing, day-to-day direction, coaching, and support on SFMC best practices • Leverage campaign data and system insights to make actionable recommendations to leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a Solution Architect or senior technical role • Deep expertise across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder • Strong command of Salesforce data models, audience segmentation, and personalization mechanics • Proven experience with Salesforce automations and complex journeys • Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS • Experience with Data Extensions and relational data design • Demonstrated ability to design production-ready solutions • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment • Strong execution judgment and bias toward action • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members preferred • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications highly preferred, such as Marketing Cloud Solution Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Data Cloud Consultant • Ability to travel up to 10–15% • Variable nights/weekends availability, usually minimal, for go-live or production support outside core business hours • Must complete pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification checks
