📋 Description

• Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, including planning and design services, owner’s advisory services, procurement, construction management, strategic communications, Equity & Social Justice (ESJ), outreach and engagement, and other functions. • Manage project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, work package planning, process oversight, tracking, and reporting. • Lead the creation and implementation of project management plans and procedures. • Provide expertise in contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments. • Participate in business development, RFP support, and client presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary teams • Experience working directly with municipal clients and agencies • Experience with contract analysis, constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and risk assessments • Alternative/collaborative delivery experience is preferred • PMP or other relevant certification is preferred
