📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive pre-conversion Omaha Debit and Credit analysis of member credit union general ledger systems. • Consult on mapping general ledger charts of accounts to settlement applications. • Serve as primary contact for member/owner credit union staff regarding settlement processes and concerns. • Prepare, organize, and facilitate training plans for all levels of financial institution organizations. • Provide daily post-conversion support for a minimum of two weeks, with further support if requested. • Analyze credit union charts of accounts and recommend settlement general ledger accounting practices. • Keep Member Relations informed of issues requiring attention. • Maintain quality assurance by reviewing credit union procedures and practices and recommending ways to minimize financial liability. • Ensure credit union staff understand the Omaha settlement process and guide assignment of general ledger accounts. • Recommend, create, update, and supplement settlement training materials. • Respond to open FI tickets requesting daily settlement guidance or assistance. • Work with the processor, Implementations, Member Relations, and FI members to ensure seamless portfolio conversions and onboarding. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. • Minimum five (5) years Omaha Settlement experience required. • Three (3) years experience in Visa/MasterCard industry services (credit cards, debit cards, stored value cards, etc). • Two (2) years experience in Microsoft Office products required with an advanced knowledge of Word & Excel. • Experience in dealing/communicating with all levels of internal/external organization. • Must be legally authorized to work; this role is currently not eligible for sponsorship.
