• Own the strategic and tactical product management effort for Juniper Payments products and services • Serve as a core member of the Juniper leadership team, reporting to the Head of Juniper Payments • Own the full product development lifecycle for existing and future capabilities and compliance requirements • Serve as subject matter expert and liaison on ACH, FedWire, Instant Payments and related funds-movement topics • Manage efficiencies, product compliance and mandates, product penetration analysis, market release processes, and cross-functional alignment • Own product strategy, market position, development initiatives, enhancements, compliance, viability, commercialization, and P&L • Lead analysis and review of product enhancement requests and oversee business requirements creation • Serve as an internal and external escalation point for assigned products and applications • Collaborate with Training, Operations, Information Technology, Administration, Finance, and other functional areas • Execute product strategies with Velera departments • Identify risks during feasibility studies and development, communicate issues to leadership, and develop market test scenarios • Develop product documentation, procedures, and training • Report and update product and solution performance information • Lead research efforts and communicate required modifications and impacts • Coordinate and present seminars and training • Conduct meetings to support development, track progress, and communicate status • Serve as primary liaison to Operational Support departments • Participate in cross-functional teams developing and implementing new or enhanced products and services • Oversee mandate and industry product impacts • Partner with Marketing on internal and external communications • Direct commercialization duties for maintenance, mandates, industry requirements, and vendor replacements • Execute system readiness with internal and external partners through the commercialization process • Maintain, lead, and respond to product-focused servicing ticket inquiries • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Combined ten (10) years of product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products experience required • Experience with the financial and credit union industry required • Experience with core or account processing required • This role is currently not eligible for sponsorship
