📋 Description

• Embed with client engineering and business leadership to prototype, architect, and deploy custom Agentforce autonomous agents, topics, actions, and guardrails • Design and implement agent workflows using Einstein 1 Platform, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, MuleSoft, and external REST endpoints • Establish evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks to monitor agent accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business performance • Resolve critical deployment bottlenecks in real time on strategic engagements • Own end-to-end technical architecture for multi-cloud, AI-driven implementations • Architect real-time Salesforce Data 360 pipelines that unify Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and CRM data • Produce system sequence diagrams, agent action flows, data schemas, and security/governance frameworks • Evaluate AI/LLM models, prompt engineering patterns, and Agentforce features • Build reusable assets, agent templates, and internal accelerators • Advise C-suite, VP, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders • Lead discovery sessions, live agent demonstrations, and architectural design reviews • Partner with Delivery Leadership and Account Executives to scope, estimate, and validate Agentforce proposals • Share deployment insights and patterns with internal teams to mature the Agentforce Center of Excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of solution architecture experience on the Salesforce platform • Hands-on experience building and deploying Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or advanced Data Cloud implementations • 5+ years in client-facing technical consulting or FDE roles • Proven track record of shipping production code and systems under tight timelines on $2M+ accounts • Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and modern programmatic integration patterns • Deep understanding of Data Cloud, zero-copy architecture, vector databases, RAG, and enterprise data ingestion strategies • Experience implementing agent guardrails, prompt defense, audit logging, and enterprise compliance frameworks • Exceptional ability to explain generative AI concepts, LLM mechanics, and agentic workflows to executive audiences • Full-time permanent US work authorization • Willing and able to travel 50%+ to client sites • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect • Preferred: Snowflake Certified Core/Advanced, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, or MuleSoft Integration Architect • Preferred: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or TOGAF
