📋 Description

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for digital transformation initiatives. • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering meetings to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions. • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications for delivery teams. • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and requirements. • Lead business process analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and organizational efficiency. • Support Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story prioritization, and sprint reviews. • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development, defect tracking, and stakeholder signoff. • Analyze data, metrics, and business processes to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and project teams. • Maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), process maps, gap analyses, decision logs, and training materials. • Support organizational change management activities, including end-user training, communications, and adoption planning. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic recommendations that align technology solutions with business outcomes. • Participate in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, estimations, and proposal development as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar client-facing consulting role. • Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and user story development. • Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to executive and operational stakeholders. • Ability to document complex business processes and translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization. • Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar platforms. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment. • Willingness to travel to client locations as required. • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization.
