📋 Description

• Lead capital engineering projects supporting North American manufacturing and supply chain facilities • Manage projects from concept development through commissioning and startup • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, business justifications, and execution strategies • Coordinate with plant operations, maintenance, quality, safety, procurement, IT, engineering partners, suppliers, and contractors • Support factory modernization, equipment replacement, capacity expansion, controls upgrades, and reliability initiatives • Lead industrial automation and control system projects • Develop and implement PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, drives, motion control, and process control solutions • Support control system modernization, lifecycle management, obsolescence replacement, and process improvements • Integrate manufacturing systems with data historians, reporting platforms, MES, and enterprise systems • Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and operational handoff activities • Support digital manufacturing, connected factory, and Industry 4.0 initiatives • Use manufacturing data, analytics, visualization tools, and automation technologies to improve decision-making • Contribute to automation and manufacturing technology roadmaps • Partner with OT cybersecurity, IT, and plant engineering teams on secure and reliable system deployment • Incorporate OT cybersecurity requirements into project design, implementation, and commissioning • Evaluate network segmentation, remote access, backups, disaster recovery, and system resiliency • Support lifecycle planning, risk management, cybersecurity assessments, remediation, and governance compliance • Maintain awareness of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical discipline • 5+ years of manufacturing, automation, controls, systems integration, or project engineering experience • Demonstrated success leading capital projects in a manufacturing environment • Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting industrial automation and control systems • Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial instrumentation, drives, and process controls • Understanding of Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, and related industrial communications technologies • Knowledge of industrial network architecture and manufacturing system integration concepts • Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, secure system design, and industrial control system risk management • Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or related industrial cybersecurity standards is preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills • Experience within food, beverage, consumer products, or process manufacturing environments is preferred • Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States • Must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States
