📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end Adobe Commerce solutions for enterprise B2B and B2C clients • Design headless and composable commerce architectures using PWA Studio, Adobe Commerce Storefront, GraphQL, and API-first patterns • Lead architecture reviews and ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-grade implementations • Design integrations between Adobe Commerce and AEM, AEP/Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Workfront • Architect B2B commerce capabilities alongside B2C storefront experiences • Own technical solutioning for enterprise RFPs and strategic deals, including scoping, estimation, and solution design • Translate business requirements into scalable architectures and migration strategies • Design and guide extension development, third-party integrations, and custom module architecture • Guide performance and scalability engineering, including catalog indexing, caching, checkout performance, and peak-load readiness • Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and V0/Vercel to build AI-enabled workflows, agents, skills, and automation • Mentor and upskill engineers and application architects • Contribute reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and delivery playbooks • Collaborate with Engineering, Strategy, Sales, clients, and global teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise technology experience, including 5+ years architecting Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions at scale • Deep, hands-on expertise in Adobe Commerce/Magento 2 architecture • Experience with headless/composable commerce including PWA Studio, Adobe Commerce Storefront, GraphQL APIs, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) • Hands-on experience integrating Adobe Commerce with AEM, AEP/Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and/or Adobe Campaign in real client engagements • Strong experience with third-party and backend system integrations including ERP, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, tax engines, and logistics/shipping providers • Experience with extension development and customization in PHP, and familiarity with Adobe Commerce Cloud infrastructure, deployment, and DevOps practices • Proven experience leading technical solutioning for RFPs, client pursuits, and architecture reviews with executive stakeholders • Experience migrating clients from legacy or competitor commerce platforms onto Adobe Commerce • Strong understanding of performance engineering for high-traffic commerce, including Varnish, Redis, catalog indexing, and checkout optimization • Experience working with content, web, and data management systems in broader enterprise architecture contexts • Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted software development using tools like Claude, Cursor, or equivalent • Strong communication and client-facing skills, and comfort operating at architecture-review and boardroom levels • Collaborative ability to work across creative, data, content, and engineering teams • Adobe Commerce/Magento certifications are nice to have • Multi-solution architecture experience across AEM, AEP, and Workfront is nice to have • Experience with GenStudio, Firefly Services, marketplace, subscription, complex pricing/promotion models, Jira, Linear, platform modernization, large-scale replatforming, or agency/consulting environments is nice to have
