📋 Description

• Design and own onboarding curriculum and certification frameworks for AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles • Build 30/60/90-day ramp plans with milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates • Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to align content with product, methodology, and sales/delivery processes • Track and report ramp metrics, including time-to-productivity, certification completion, and early performance indicators • Coordinate cohort-based onboarding logistics, live sessions, shadowing, and certification exercises • Build and maintain scalable onboarding content and documentation systems • Gather feedback from new hires and managers to refine the program • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during ramp

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D • Experience ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment • Ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch • Strong project management instincts using milestones, checklists, and metrics • Ability to design curriculum for commercial and technical audiences, or willingness to learn technical sales motions • Excellent written communication • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing
