📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Total Rewards • Design and refine global compensation and equity programs across research, engineering, go-to-market, and corporate functions • Build and evolve a globally scalable benefits strategy while accommodating local market needs • Advise executives, Finance, People, and business leaders on compensation decisions, organizational changes, executive hiring, and reward strategy • Monitor compensation, benefits, and industry trends to maintain competitive and innovative programs • Improve systems, processes, and operating models to support rapid global growth • Serve as a trusted advisor influencing important people and business decisions • Build and eventually lead a world-class Total Rewards team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Total Rewards in fast-growing technology companies • Experience building, evolving, or significantly transforming global compensation and benefits programs • Deep expertise in compensation philosophy, equity programs, executive compensation, and global benefits • Ability to advise senior leaders and influence complex business decisions • Strong commercial judgment and analytical rigor • Ability to solve complex problems through data • Experience thriving in high-growth environments with evolving priorities • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex reward concepts clearly and influentially
