📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for G&A functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People • Attract and recruit top talent • Deliver a world-class candidate recruiting experience • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to create effective recruiting strategies • Provide talent market and industry insights for informed decisions • Track recruiting funnels in Ashby ATS and regularly update progress • Proactively source and recruit candidates to optimize the top of the funnel • Build relationships with diverse technology and talent communities • Own additional talent projects • Represent Talent Acquisition at industry conferences • Plan and execute curated networking events

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams • Startup experience is a plus • Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure and ambiguity • Natural influencer who enjoys working cross-functionally • Data-driven approach to recruiting • Passion for diversity, community, and equitable recruiting processes • Experience leveraging AI within workflow to automate processes
