📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM roles • Attract and recruit top talent • Deliver a world-class candidate recruiting experience • Partner with hiring managers and leaders to create recruiting strategies • Provide talent market and industry insights • Track recruiting funnels in Ashby ATS and regularly update progress • Proactively source and recruit candidates • Build relationships with diverse technology and talent communities • Take ownership of additional talent projects • Represent Talent Acquisition at industry conferences • Plan and execute curated networking events

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams • Startup experience is a plus • Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure and ambiguity • Natural influencer who enjoys working cross-functionally • Data-driven approach to recruiting • Passion for diversity, community, and equitable recruiting processes • Keen interest in the AI industry, specifically NLP, LLMs, and cutting-edge research
