• Own end-to-end strategy and execution across global paid performance channels • Drive a rigorous testing and learning agenda across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing experiences • Partner with Data Science and Analytics to design experiments and measurement frameworks • Lead platform relationships with Google, Meta, TikTok, and others • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Creative, Data Science, and regional teams
• A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience • Proven track record owning large-scale media budgets • Strong technical aptitude and experience leveraging LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool) • Analytical and experimentation mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, Tableau, Superset) • Experience with full-funnel measurement across app and web • B2C experience required; fintech, crypto, or high-consideration consumer financial products strongly preferred • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Highly organized with strong project management skills • Utilize generative AI responsibly
