📋 Description

• Explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to solve complex organizational challenges • Partner with Operations and Compliance organizations to maximize impact • Build and manage engineering teams in the Compliance domain • Plan, design, develop, and test software systems, applications, cloud-based tools, and internet-related products • Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to create quarterly roadmaps • Coach team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tool adoption • Review security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs • Hire, train, and grow a high-performing AI/ML team • Lead multiple engineering efforts in parallel while maintaining service quality • Create and enforce processes improving engineering quality, AI adoption, and delivery • Guide architectural decisions and collaborate on successful delivery and operation of multi-tenanted distributed systems at scale

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering • At least 5 years of engineering management experience • At least 2 years of experience managing Managers • Knowledge of high-quality code and software engineering processes • Execution focus and ability to navigate ambiguity • Ability to balance long-term thinking with short-term planning • Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted distributed systems at scale • Ability to write and review code and technical documents when needed • Ability to participate in on-call rotations and lead incidents • Ability to triage and troubleshoot bugs • Passion for building an open financial system • Nice to have: experience bringing LLM-based applications to production • Nice to have: experience measuring and improving LLM grounding and reducing hallucinations • Nice to have: experience in Customer Support Compliance or Financial Crimes domains
