📋 Description

• Design and deliver Go backend services powering wallet operations, liquidity movements, and cross-chain bridging across custodial and non-custodial flows • Build and improve distributed systems managing transaction lifecycle, signing, broadcasting, and on-chain reconciliation across Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, and other blockchain protocols • Drive reliability and observability improvements for wallet services • Contribute to incident response, post-mortems, and systemic fixes supporting Tier-0 availability • Partner with Trading, Custody, Staking, and cross-platform teams to integrate wallet services with downstream products • Define service contracts and resolve cross-team dependencies • Decompose legacy systems into modular, reusable platform services • Conduct code reviews, provide design feedback, and share architectural and coding knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering • Proficiency in Go • Hands-on experience designing and operating service-oriented distributed systems • Experience building, scaling, and maintaining production backend services with strict correctness and reliability requirements • Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including transaction construction, on-chain data indexing, or cross-chain integrations across Ethereum, Bitcoin, or Solana • Experience decomposing monolithic systems into scalable microservices or contributing to platform architecture used by multiple teams • Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate technical trade-offs clearly, and drive projects from design through production with autonomy • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight • Must be based in the USA
