📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, including frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes for consistent hiring decisions • Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech • Manage project plans, stakeholder alignment, and delivery timelines for concurrent initiatives • Build scalable interviewer enablement programs, including scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices • Drive change management for selection and assessment programs, including stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking • Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics, validate assessment effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on evaluation criteria • Research and pilot assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions to support experimentation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting • Ability to design structured frameworks, move at speed, and deliver programs that change organizational operations • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from concept through execution • Ability to build detailed project plans, hold stakeholders accountable, and deliver measurable outcomes • Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company • Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, define KPIs, analyze hiring outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership • Strong preference for a background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods, with experience applying selection science to talent evaluation design • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by the US-specific role location and US applicant notices
