📋 Description

• Serve as the primary hands-on Workday HCM configuration resource across payroll, absence, time keeping, recruiting, HCM, performance and talent optimization, Peakon, benefits and Cloud Connect, and LMS • Partner with people technology leadership, project management, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs, and recommend Workday configuration decisions • Configure Workday HCM modules and related functionality for business, compliance, reporting, and team member experience needs • Support solution design sessions by evaluating configuration options, implications, dependencies, and tradeoffs • Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test-cycle preparation, outcome validation, defect resolution, and launch readiness • Document configuration decisions, business process design, assumptions, dependencies, and technical considerations • Troubleshoot system and process questions with internal teams and implementation partners • Mentor incoming Workday analysts and upskill HRIS resources to build internal Workday capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business, or related field preferred; equivalent Workday configuration experience may be substituted • Required hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience, with depth across HCM, payroll, absence, time keeping, recruiting, performance and talent optimization, Peakon, benefits and Cloud Connect, and LMS • Ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday configuration solutions • Experience supporting Workday implementations through design, configuration, testing, defect resolution, and launch activities • Strong technical aptitude to evaluate dependencies, troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and maintain detail and accuracy • Ability to train, mentor, and provide knowledge support to Workday analysts and HRIS team members • Ability to collaborate with project management, business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and implementation partners • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a vaccine declination form required prior to employment • Compliance with required infection control and PPE standards
