📋 Description

• Provide senior managerial oversight for assigned programs, including facilitation, management, training, and recruitment • Serve as a strategic client contact and manage day-to-day program and supervisory-team activities • Oversee managers and projects, ensuring activities are completed and supporting escalation processes • Manage programs according to scope of work, business rules, SOPs, and contracted budgets across one or more sites • Monitor program statistics and metrics and resolve complex cases and client issues • Lead analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables • Present program information to internal and external customers, including Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews • Liaise with operational departments to research and resolve client issues • Mentor Managers and provide follow-up direction concerning clients, participants, and employees • Support accurate sponsor-approved materials, call responses, and documentation per GDP and program business rules • Support creation and maintenance of SOPs, project procedures, training materials, portal designs, and electronic application requirements • Contribute to strategic and business planning, identify initiatives and operational issues, conduct research, and develop recommendations • Assist with budget development and tracking • Participate in interviewing, evaluating, and training employees • Develop supervisory skills and advise supervisory staff on performance management and corrective disciplinary actions • Cultivate relationships with professional organizations and medical professional societies • Ensure projects are scalable for current and future terms • Travel as needed and participate in in-person and virtual meetings/events • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or Associate’s Degree and equivalent work experience • 8–12 years of relevant experience, or 6–10 years with a Master’s degree • 5 years of related healthcare or pharmaceutical experience • 4 years of previous managerial experience • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate proactively, and resolve issues urgently • Highly developed written communication and documentation skills • Client interfacing skills to cultivate and manage relationships • Ability to analyze information and identify trends • Ability to organize people and systems to achieve goals • Working knowledge of customer service processes preferred • Ability to travel as needed • Supervisory responsibility for 1–15 direct reports
