• Own end-to-end delivery and execution of onsite and in-the-wild data collection client programs. • Manage financial performance, including forecasting, P&L, invoicing, and budget accountability. • Serve as primary client contact and escalation point; lead client syncs and business reviews. • Drive weekly status updates, dashboards, and progress reviews for leadership and client stakeholders. • Lead and develop project teams, including direct people management, performance monitoring, coaching, and development. • Ensure data collection activities meet compliance, safety, and insurance standards with Legal and Liability. • Define collector hiring strategies across full-time, part-time, and crowd-based staffing models. • Develop execution strategies covering staffing, vendors, equipment, and daily operations. • Lead Project Managers to deliver timelines, budgets, and milestones across facility and field workstreams. • Support facility sourcing, setup, readiness, and logistics for in-the-wild collection sites. • Oversee equipment and staffing procurement against approved program scope. • Support new workstream launches and integrate third-party contributions. • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, recommending interventions and contingency plans. • Align Operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Quality, vendors, and clients around delivery plans. • Translate client requirements into staffing plans, timelines, budgets, and field execution standards. • Contribute to strategic planning and scale the data collection delivery model to new accounts and programs.
• 3–5+ years managing global or large-scale onsite/field operations programs in Data Collection, User Research, Clinical Research, Machine Learning, or a similar domain. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; relevant experience accepted in place of formal education. • Proven success leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance. • Prior client-facing program or account management experience required. • Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMI, or similar program/project management methodologies preferred. • Ability to translate complex client and technical requirements into scalable delivery models. • Strong financial ownership, including forecasting, P&L management, invoicing, and budget accountability. • Experience managing high-risk, high-volume onsite and in-the-wild environments, including safety and compliance considerations. • Ability to align Operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and Quality. • Strong stakeholder management and customer-centric approach across global, distributed teams. • Structured, results-oriented planning, monitoring, and control skills. • Ability to manage escalations, execute contingency plans, and present performance, financials, and risk to client and internal leadership.
