• Provide tactical support for client-facing projects • Manage and support project performance, emphasizing program financial management and client communications • Provide internal consultation on project management issues • Identify process and efficiency improvement opportunities • Identify and escalate risks to project timelines and financial objectives • Oversee and coordinate study initiation • Translate protocol language into internal systems and processes • Prepare for and facilitate internal meetings and attend external meetings • Coordinate stability launches • Maintain project setup and sample test scheduling • Evaluate and manage project timelines and deliverables • Understand and adhere to contract language and support contract management • Manage project setup and financials • Prepare projections, forecasts, and revenue recognition for fee-for-service, hourly, or FTE programs • Communicate FTE utilization and spending • Manage internal and external communications • Assist the client relationship manager with meeting minutes and action items • Manage study documents and testing directives and share data/reports • Support fee-for-service and hourly contract review processes • Provide and support training for Program Manager I • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification • 3+ years of comparable experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills • Competence with office productivity and enterprise applications • Proven analytical skills • Demonstrated compliance with procedures and policies • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment • Ability to work effectively with multi-level teams • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand information with diverse groups of people • Ability to work upright and stationary and/or stand for typical working hours • Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds • Ability to work in non-traditional work environments • Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology proficiently • May have exposure to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents, in healthcare or laboratory environments • Ability to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities
