📋 Description

• Own and drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for eDiscovery and information governance solutions across multiple business functions and enterprise platforms • Partner with engineering teams to transform eDiscovery capabilities from legal hold through collection, review, and production (EDRM) • Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into system configurations, policies, and controls across platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace • Lead program timelines, dependencies, and risk escalations • Maintain audit-ready documentation, including regulatory control matrices, playbooks, and SLAs • Build and validate comprehensive test plans for eDiscovery controls and information governance tooling • Identify automation opportunities, prototype solutions with AI and workflow tooling, and drive organizational adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, information governance, eDiscovery, or regulatory compliance • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional compliance programs with multiple dependencies in a dynamic environment • Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tooling such as Relativity, Nuix, Google Vault, or Onna • Experience translating regulatory requirements into enterprise system controls and configurations across collaboration and productivity platforms • Proven ability to build roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive programs independently with minimal day-to-day direction • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable workflow improvements
