📋 Description

• Own day-to-day treasury and banking operations, including bank account funding, balance monitoring across Coinbase legal entities, and liquidity forecasting • Execute daily customer payment processing across multiple fiat rails, ensuring timely and compliant settlement • Investigate and resolve escalated payment issues through root-cause research and coordination with banking partners • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to test and launch new payment rail integrations • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance teams on regulatory and banking requests • Serve as a primary operations contact for banking partners, triaging fiat rail integration and customer payment issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking, with hands-on exposure to money movement across multiple payment rails • Demonstrated proficiency with ACH and multi-rail payment processing • AAP or NACHA certification strongly preferred • 1–2 years of experience managing relationships with third-party vendors, banking institutions, or internal cross-functional partners • Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver accurate, detail-oriented work in a high-volume payment operations environment • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
